We're excited to announce that Flutter 3.13 version is released on August 16, 2023.

1️⃣ iOS performance enhancements:
Improvements to average frame rasterization time in the Flutter Gallery transitions performance benchmark on an iPhone 11. The time span described roughly spans the interval between the 3.10 and 3.13 branch cuts.

2️⃣ Fidelity improvements:
Wide spectrum colors were made available under a flag while using Impeller, according to a 3.10 announcement. Wide gamut colors are now the default on iOS when using Impeller after taking user comments into consideration.

3️⃣ Update on Impeller on Android:
The Vulkan backend for Impeller is still under development, so an official preview period is not yet necessary, but we are making progress. We want to make sure that our users have a positive first impression of Impeller on Android, but we still have a ways to go. Later this year, we intend to release a stable version of Impeller for Android and start the preview phase.

4️⃣ Improved foldable support:
We added a new API to obtain various display properties in order to better accommodate foldable devices. FlutterView.display, a new getter, returns a Display object. The Display object provides information on the display's physical dimensions, device pixel ratio, and refresh rate. Take a look at setPreferredOrientations for a new API sample.

5️⃣ Character recognition in TextField:
Users of TextField for iOS will automatically be presented with the option to recognize characters with the smartphone camera and enter them into the field.

Today, Flutter 3.13, which includes Dart 3.1, is available in stable. All that is necessary to begin using these most recent changes is a "flutter upgrade".

We're excited to announce that Flutter 3.10 version is released on May 10, 2023.

1️⃣ Material 3:
The most recent Material Design spec is now supported by the Material library. Updated component graphics, new components and component themes are just a few of the changes. Utilizing the useMaterial3 theme flag, developers must "opt in" to these modifications. In the upcoming stable release, useMaterial3 is set to true by default.

2️⃣ ColorScheme.fromImageProvider():
The theme's ColorScheme's default colors are set in all M3 components. Shades of purple are used in the default color scheme. A single "seed" color or a picture can be used to create a unique color scheme. Try the demo with both options. The resulting color schemes should be aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.

3️⃣ NavigationBar:
This offers a BottomNavigationBar widget for M3. M3 functions the same as before despite using new colors, highlighting, and elevation. Use the NavigationBarTheme widget to alter the NavigationBars widget's default appearance. Although it is not necessary to migrate already-installed apps to this component, you ought to do so for new apps.

4️⃣ NavigationDrawer:
This offers a Drawer widget-based M3 destination selection widget. A single-selection list of NavigationDestinations widgets is displayed by NavigationDrawer. Other widgets can be added to this list as well. When necessary, the NavigationDrawer can scroll. Use the NavigationDrawerTheme widget to alter the NavigationDrawers widget's default appearance.

5️⃣ SearchBar and SearchAnchor:
Predictive text is made available for search queries by these components. The software generates a list of relevant answers in a "search view" once the user inputs a search query. Either one is chosen by the user, or the query is modified. Use the SearchBarTheme and SearchAnchorTheme widgets to replace the M3 design of these components.
